What this service is
englishmocks.com provides free English-proficiency mock tests and related preparation content for IELTS, TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic and the Duolingo English Test. The service is operated by Edzok Pvt Ltd, an Indian company.
We are not affiliated with the British Council, IDP, Cambridge, ETS, Pearson or Duolingo. englishmocks is an independent test-prep platform. We are not endorsed, partnered, or otherwise connected with any test provider. Official test information - dates, format, scoring, and acceptance - should be verified at each provider's official site (for example ielts.org for IELTS).
Eligibility to use
You must be at least 13 years old to use englishmocks. Users under 18 are treated as minors per DPDP Act 2023 - see our Privacy Policy for what that means.
Your account
You provide your name, mobile number (for OTP verification), and graduating year. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for personal English-test preparation and not to:
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically download our question bank or solutions.
- Share your account with others or allow multiple people to use one account.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the service.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the service (other than standard web browsers).
- Misrepresent the service as affiliated with any test provider when redistributing or sharing content.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.
Intellectual property
All mock test questions, solutions, explanations, and platform content are the intellectual property of Edzok Pvt Ltd, except where otherwise credited. You may attempt mock tests for personal study but may not redistribute, republish, or commercially use the content without written permission.
"IELTS," "TOEFL," "PTE Academic," "Duolingo English Test" and related marks belong to their respective owners (British Council / IDP / Cambridge, ETS, Pearson, Duolingo). Our use of these terms is descriptive only - we explain what each test is - and does not constitute affiliation or endorsement.
No guarantee of results
Mock test scores are indicative only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome on the actual test, a specific band or score, university admission, or a visa. Your real-test result depends on many factors beyond our practice platform.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.
Disclaimers
We provide English-test information (dates, format, scoring, requirements) in good faith based on publicly available provider sources. Always verify critical information at the official test provider's site (for example ielts.org for IELTS) and your destination's requirement page before booking or making admission / visa decisions. We are not liable for any decisions made based solely on information from this site.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Edzok Pvt Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to ₹0 (zero rupees) - the service is free.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or applicable law. You may close your account anytime by emailing email us; we will purge your data within 30 days per DPDP Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via in-product banner. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
